Travelling medics
(on the tune of "Бродячие артисты")
We travel all around the World
And nothing will stop us
Wherever we stop we operate
Whoever we find we heal.
The Emergency Room
For people like us
Is a freshly-changed bed
Is a fancy chandelier on the ceiling.
We are travelling medics
We are everyday on the road
And that ambulance in front of this or that house
Is our beloved home
We are great doctors
But our wage is our patients' gratefulness
We are pediatricians, nurses
Surgeons and shrinks.
Joie de vivre and brilliance
Are the things that won't never leave our souls
If a patients give us a great big smile
It's another golden star on our reputations.
We go anywhere we are needed:
Cernobyl, Paris or St. Andrea's.
We give at the folks of any place
The hope that they lost long ago.
We are travelling medics
We are everyday on the road
And that ambulance in front of this or that house
Is our beloved home
We are gre

But there's another one!!! Can you see me? ... why are you scared?
M-my hair? What's wrong with my hair?!? *giggles* Oh no ... I'm not an old man, I'm just albino (more precisely, mine is OCA - Oculocutaneous albinism) ... that means that my body can't produce melanine ... so, I can burn easier than a normal fair complexioned person and I need those thick glasses for seeing th

Artist | Hobbyist | Varied
I'm an History student who had discovered that since the age of 8-9 years old that I can listen to teachers and inventing a world of mine at the same time.
I'm not only a graphic novelist, but also a writer and lots of other things.
My loves? History of XVIII century, an age where men wears heels (look at their shoes ...), and in particular the American and French revolution.
Now, I'm even quite the fan of the History Peeps, who I always thank for letting me discovering American Revolution (It's not so mentioned, here in Europe ...) and made my day even when I wasn't on tumblr.

Current Residence: Italy
Favourite genre of music: Classical, swing, folk, antique marches, Soviet war chants, Hetalia songs
Favourite style of art: Comics (manga/anime/traditional american cartoons/French-Belgian comics like Asterix)
MP3 player of choice: Old styled ones, small and black ... the I-pod styled is kinda bothering!
Wallpaper of choice: The XVIII century or the stripey kind you often see in my drawings. But this computer can't have the wallpaper and so, I'm talking about actual wallpaper!
Skin of choice: Really pale ... oh! And obviously freckles and red hair!
Favourite cartoon character: Actually, there are too many for being mentioned here.
Personal Quote: ... I must find another one, ok?

I was an avid Geronimo Stilton fan when I was little (''He'' writes even time-travel books, in which historical characters are mouse-ified, just like in your drawing!) ... and I always wanted to watch "The Great Mouse Detective" because it reminds me of those stories!

Aw, thanks ...
I'm surely not one of those people who actually believes in that stupid story of the murder ... Antonio and Wolfgang were buddies! If we should blame Mozart's death on someone, blame it to disease!
DarkSaxeBleu Featured By Owner Oct 19, 2013  Hobbyist General Artist
Oh, that story did a lot to harm Salieri's posthumous reputation - however through the movie Amadeus - it also brought his music back to us -
so now instead of one cool composer - we have TWO! Brilliant!

Indeed, poor Wolfgang! Just reading about his final days is painful ... What was it, self-inflicted mercury poisoning, inflammatory rheumatism and, some suggest - a major blood-letting?
Seriously - when did that ever work?!!!…

To a degree they admired each other's works - and also frequently learned from each other!
Got the impression that Salieri was a highly intelligent, verbal and sensitive man, but around 1805 everybody he loved and were closest to him - died (wife, son, Caterina), he became strict and stingy with his two daughters who, despite being over 30 years old, had to remain unmarried and take care of him so from then onwards he just ... lost it a bit and lingered on. He also undertook an extremely self-deprecating action: he cut and rewrote his wonderful and sometimes progressive operas (either from political or religious reasons, yet to no good effect: everything remotely interesting got thrown out. It's like he was  annihilating his work and being, cutting himself short - until he actually tried to cut himself a head short. =P His disposition became somewhat apocalyptic and with no one around who could hold him back, he broke. Luckily, throughout history just about everybody had something positive to say about him and his music, he helped truckloads of people and was a devoted friend and teacher, so that story is, most likely, one of the examples how, combined with unfair rumour, immensely far can a mind in sorrow fall.)

But what is important for us now -
is the amazing music they both gave us!!!!:love:Violin Emote:love:
